Highland Park have crafted award-winning whisky in the Orkney Islands since 1798. Matured in a high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, this is their most highly awarded single malt Scotch whisky, recently achieving Gold in the 2021 International Spirits Challenge. A medley of ripe cherries dusted with cocoa, fresh honeycomb and candied orange peel with a whisper of salty seaspray in its aromatic peat smoke.
