A 2018 made wine, "The Boss" Red Blend is made in Sonoma County, California and pairs well with Barbecue dishes such as St. Louis-style ribs, Memphis pulled pork, and Texas-style brisket. The wine has aged 18 months in French Oak; 30% New Oak.
