Deep garnet to the eye, this wine has aromas of brambly fruits of the wood, cedar block and milk chocolate. Blackberry and raspberry flavors wrapped in a layer of plush tannins are accompanied by notes of cocoa powder, coffee bean, clove, mint tea and a touch of woodsmoke. A nice level of acidity lingers on the tongue and gums as tannins lift away. Drink through 2034.
