The Nest Egg label is reserved for the most outstanding wines of vintage, regardless of variety. Chardonnay was outstanding in 2012 and we created 8300 individually numbered bottles. Straw green in colour with concentrated aromas including nectarine and peach intermingled with pineapple, cream, hazelnut and subtle spice. The use of wild yeast followed by lees stirring further enhances the sophistication and length of the palate.
