Champagne Brice Blanc de Noirs is a white Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Grand Cru of Bouzy, France. The grapes are grown in the "Poteaux" and "Mont Des Tours" vineyards on limestone and clay soil. The wine is aged in 228 liter barrels and stainless steel vats, and about 20% reserve wine is added to the base vintage. The house style does not use malolactic fermentation.
