BLEND | 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay
VINEYARDS | Pinot Noir from estate vinyards in Bouzy and the Aube with the Chardonnay from Bouzy and Grauves - all vineyards on limestone/clay soil.
WINEMAKING | Primary fermentation and elevage in stainless steel with no malolactic conversion. The wine is blended with 15% reserve wine from 228l French oak barrels and Bouzy Rouge (for color) for bottle aging and secondary fermentation. 4gr/l dosage.
TASTING NOTES | An expressive, rich nose that reveals a fine, sophisticated bouquet dominated by red fruits. It has great depth and subtle flavors which culminates in an elegant, fresh finish.
