Chateau Cantemerle 2018

The medium ruby-red color has quite dark pigmentation, but is not opaque. The aromas are very lifted in nature with fresh redcurrant fruit and leafy hints. The palate maintains the fresh character with juicy mulberry and darker cherry fruit. The good acidity ensures the wine has a long fresh finish. The wine is of mid-weight with balanced alcohol. The fine-grained tannins that comprise the structure are apparent on the finish.
