Medium to deep ruby-red color is almost opaque. The aromas are of leafy cassis & liquorice. The palate displays weedy/leafy cassis fruit with an underlying concentrated liquorice note. Acidity is plentiful & wonderfully fresh. Alcohol is balanced to warm & the finish is perhaps a little short
