La Grande Vignolle is a single vineyard in the back of the Filliatreau's historic estate. Part of it is shaped like a maze. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 20 days. Fermentation and aging lasts for 10 months in stainless steel. Sulfur additions are: 10mg per liter before fermentation , 15mg at bottling.
