This rose Champagne is a pale tawny hue, with crisp acidity and a lacy mousse supporting a richly aromatic range of marzipan, dried apricot and white cherry fruit, lightly charred toast, lemon thyme and pink grapefruit pith notes. Subtle finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Disgorged January 2022. Drink now through 2028. 25 cases imported.
