This three year old rum is distilled at San Carlos Distillery in Panama. Made from sugar cane molasses, it is aged in ex-bourbon barrels, before being filtered to remove the colour – but certainly none of the flavour! Pleasantly tropical, we reckon this will work wonders in a Daiquiri!
