This 99% Chardonnay, 0.5% Sauvignon Blanc, 0.5% Marsanne wine offers elegant aromas and flavors of yellow apple, blood orange, tart caramel apple, and buttered toast. The wine was made with sustainably-grown grapes and fermented to dryness entirely in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit aromas and flavors. Fruit was sourced from several top-notch Columbia Valley vineyards, and one-third of the wine went through malolactic conversion and was aged on oak.
