Intermingle is a proprietary California blend. While the exact percentages change with each vintage to ensure quality, it typically leads with Zinfandel, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon to achieve its signature juicy and soft profile.
Intermingle is technically a dry red wine, but it is "fruit-forward." This means the intense ripeness of the California grapes gives a perception of sweetness that makes it very smooth and easy to drink.
Like most red blends, it is best at a "cool room temperature" (60°F–65°F). If it’s a warm day, putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving can help tighten the fruit flavors.
