The worst company I've ever dealt with. Immediately after ordering, I had a question about my order so I emailed Winetoship using the address provided on their webpage. Wrote muttple times and the server returned all the mail. I called the phone number on their webpage. No answer. Left a detailed message. No return call. Ever. Spooked by non-existant service, I emailed again cancelling the order BEFORE FedEx picked it up. All my orders cancelling were returned by whatever server Winetoship uses. So the order arrived and I refused delivery. Screwed up outfit. Would not place business there again.
