This wine is a selection of the best cuvee of the cellar, blended and then aged longer in the cellar. Golden in color with aromas of baked pear, pressed yellow flowers, roasted almond and gravel. The palate is textured and layered with citrus, mixed nut and flinty minerality on the long finish.
