This rich and concentrated Toro is flowing with flavors of ripe plum, black cherry, and dried herbs. Grapes for this 100% Tempranillo are hand-harvested from organically-grown old vines planted between 1951 and 2000. Native yeast fermentation was utilized, and the wine was aged in 30% new French barriques for just over a year.
