The nose is fruity , fine, quite elegant and offers power, richness as well as gourandise . It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry jam and hints of wild strawberry , redcurrant associated with touches of chocolate as well as a subtle hint of truffle and an imperceptible hint of cardamom / caramelization . The palate is fruity , fine, well-balanced , aerial , fresh and offers a very nice suavity as well as a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed Quetsche plum , ripe wild strawberry and slight notes of redcurrant associated with a hint of chocolate .
